Cast iron bacon press with wooden dowel handle. Measures 7 x 4 1/2 inches and about 4 inches from handle to press. Works great when wavy bacon just won’t do. Not recommended for poly blends.

I have a vintage bacon cooker where you lay the strips over this rounded heavy metal hill thing and put another perforated press down on top of it so the grease drips down the side but have never seen a flat one like this. I wish it left a pig imprint on the bacon.
