Given Shirlie’s life altering AWMOK submissions of various ice cream cone statues, I had to dig these out of my garage….They are nowhere as cool as the gargantuan fiberglass statues, but tacky all the same…..Made of cheap plastic, they stand about 2 1/2 feet tall…

These may not soar to the heights of Shirlie’s cones (http://www.alleewillis.com/awmok/kitschenette/2010/03/08/fibreglass-ice-cream-with-strange-child-on-top/ and http://www.alleewillis.com/awmok/kitschenette/2010/02/25/a-very-scary-ice-cream-model-brixham-devon/) But they’re stellar nonetheless as they’re 2-1/2 feet tall. I’m not so sure I’d put these right back in storage. They’d make an awesome nightlight in the front yard.
yeah, i love these…they’ve been banned from the house….some people can only tolerate so much so compromises must be made….it’s funny, i just emailed one of my best friend’s to offer them up to her daughter (near 11) or about-to-appear second daughter….i said the same thing! would make great nightlights! these would get stolen off my lawn though…in my neigborhood, even our recycling bins got stolen! i made a mistake too…they’re nearly 3.5 feet tall! too cool….
ps if my friend doesn’t want them, they’re yours!

these is good for candy theme room or occasion especially for kids and would perfectly fit for about months to 3yrs old.

I got these at FredFlare.com (a company I LOVE run by the nicest people in the world!) several years ago…I just checked and they have them in stock (I probably shouldn’t say this but I think they’re a good bit more expensive than when I bought them though…of course, maybe I was so overwhelmed by needing them, I paid a billion dollars and just don’t remember…nahhhh not me!)…here’s the link!
