FASHION HOOP-LA…

    Hey K2 - This is brilliant! I'm from Philly originally and down near the water front (in Center City) there was a hoop skirt factory that sat abandoned for years. The building is now condos. I always wanted a condo in this building just because of what was manufactured there at one time. See the link:
