Heart Soul Detroit is a fantastic coffee table book featuring 50 iconic Detroiters. I’m beyond honored to join the ranks of Eminem, Berry Gordy, Lily Tomlin and some of the most outstanding singers, actors, fighters, politicians, entrepreneurs and the like who ever sprung from the loins of the city. On Saturday, April 27, 2013 I joined the book’s creator and photographer, Jenny Risher, at a book signing at Detroit Mercantile, a great store with both new and vintage goods, many of which went home with me! I was elated to meet boxing manager great Jackie Kallen who was there signing away with me.
